Anna, Delivery sounds great. Pacing is fantastic. Two pronunciation issues I heard were, 1)purchase (should sound like "purchiss" not with long 'a' sound) and 2) manufacturer (sounded like you said, "manufacterel")
Your language use was also done well with exception of "...to tell why the customer should purchase the product..." (instead just say "...to convince the customer to purchase the product.."
