I strongly feel that environment around the house or an apartment is the most important characteristic of residence. First, I think it is very significant to have a high qualify of job environment around you. If you have a job, it will be much easier for you to work if you have your house around the workplace. If you don’t have a job, it’ll be important for you to get your house where you can easily get employed. Also if you have a family and your children, it is very important to have a good academic environment. Children are mostly encouraged to study hard and to have a big dream by an environment around them.

Question #2: Part time job
I do not agree with the statement that students should take classes during day and work part time jobs at night or on the weekend. Of course it is because of the studying. The most important thing that students should focus on is studying. If students work at night or on the weekend, looking for allowance for now, they will be losing time to study which will go directly to low grade and low paid job of the future. Also, I do not believe that part time jobs that students take will be giving out much money that satisfies the time and the energy students give away. It is wiser to study at the time and look for bigger benefit they will have in the future.

According to the reading passage, the university is increasing the number of students permitted to attend a discussion based seminar. The male student at the listening shows negative states at the notice. He claims that it is almost impossible to have discussion based seminar with 25 students, and it will make many students suffer. Also, he says that hiring part time professors is not a good idea. He points out that part time professors are not qualified enough to teach university students. They are also unable to provide good quality of classes since they are busy with the classes for other universities.
