You said, "First one is...." Instead you should say, "The first one is.."
You said, " If she emails professor Leed, she won't get to help immediately..." Instead say, "If she emails professor Leed, she won't get help immediately..."
As I said, these are very minor issues and would not affect your score much. I would give this a 4!
